Satisfaction survey of the services provided by the EURES network in Italy


Pursuant to Article 13 and following, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

The owner of the processing of personal data is ANPAL – Agenzia Nazionale Politiche Attive del Lavoro (hereinafter also "the Data Controller") with its legal office in Via Fornovo 8, Rome, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore and the General Director, as per the responsibilities and tasks assigned to them.

The Data Controller has appointed a data protection officer ("Data Protection Officer" or "DPO") who can be contacted via e-mail at the e-mail address responsible for security at responsabileprotezionedatiAnpal@anpal.gov.it

ANPAL informs you that the processing of personal data provided by completing the questionnaire is in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679.

The processing is necessary for the performance of a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public powers vested in the owner of the processing of his personal data and on the basis of specific legal obligations (Article 6 of the EU Regulation 2016/679). The data will be processed and used by ANPAL without the need for consent for purposes related to the functions and tasks assigned to the Agency by Legislative Decree n. 150/2015 (articles 9, 13 and 16).

The data provided will be used exclusively by the EURES National Coordination Office of ANPAL for the pursuit of the purpose of detecting the satisfaction of the service provided by the EURES Network staff as provided for by the art. 32, c. 1, letter c of the EU Regulation 2016/589.
